BF Metal s.n.c. was founded in 2011 as a natural extension of Boselli Angelo, a company operating in the metalworking sector in Volta Mantovana since 1973.
In 2011, his son, Boselli Andrea, joined the company as a partner and legal representative, thus establishing BF Metal s.n.c.. Andrea had already been working with his father for some time, and together they were pursuing a growth path. In 2001, they had purchased their first CO₂ laser, a GHT 1500×3000 with a Rofin source, shortly followed by a new Schiavi HFB220/40 7-axis bending machine with a 4000/220 ton bending length.
From that moment on, a constant process of improvement and innovation began, which led to the move to a new and larger facility in the industrial area in 2011, where BF Metal was officially founded.
On the occasion of the move, the company further strengthened itself with the purchase of a new 4250×2000 CO₂ laser with a Rofin source, an SHT from Schiavi Macchine.
Technological innovation has always been a hallmark of the company. In 2016, BF Metal s.n.c. adopted Industry 4.0 technologies with the purchase of a Salvagnini Fiber Laser system equipped with an automated warehouse, followed by other machines also compliant with Industry 4.0 standards.
Thanks to these cutting-edge technologies, BF Metal s.n.c. is now highly competitive in the market, both in terms of processing times and cost efficiency.
In 2020, BF Metal s.n.c. obtained IATF 16949:16 certification, integrating it into the company’s existing ISO 9001:15 certification. Thanks to this achievement, in December 2020, BF Metal joined the 1,400 IATF 16949:16-certified companies in Italy, gaining the right to operate as a direct supplier to the AUTOMOTIVE sector.
Continuing its path of continuous improvement, in 2025 the company also achieved ISO 14001:15 environmental certification, underscoring its ever-increasing focus on sustainability and the environment.
